{Blowing Bubbles}

I went to Wal-mart after dinner to find some things to keep the kids occupied outdoors now that it's getting warmer ((YEAH!!!)) and pick up some sheets for their beds (which I found 3 "bed in a bag" for each of the kids for less then what the sheets would have cost - all on clearance!!).

I picked up some chalk, jump ropes and a bubble machine. I broke out the bubble machine first when I got home so they could play before they went to bed. It was so much fun watching them "chase" the bubbles. Patten even chased the bubbles after a while, trying to pounce on them and snapping them outta the air.

Ruth was trying to catch them in her mouth, it was quite funny! Sam and Aaron were karate chopping them and jumping to pop the biggest bubbles before they hit the ground. It was fun to watch them play and have a grand ol' time with just BUBBLES. It reminded me of the times spend with my mom at the park near her old place and all the fun we had with her bubble machine. ((sigh))

Below are my captures of their fun as the sun set. Enjoy!

  2. I love it that even the dog got in on some bubble action! This is the reason we are buying a house. Our apartment now does not have a yard, and a 2 year old needs a yard to play with bubbles.

    Great pictures! It looks like a lot of fun.
