This week I have been working on my yoga ball and really watching what I have been putting into my mouth. Which has been really hard because my cravings have become a bit of a pain and I have really tried not to indulge them since most of my cravings have been mostly of the sugary kind.
When I go to the stores and hubby isn't with me I park far away and walk up to the store, instead of looking for the closest spot (unless it's raining and then I look for as close as I can get...lol). I have just been trying to make a conscious effort to get as many steps as I can into my day.
A few of my favorite foods lately have been frozen blueberries, apple slices w/peanutbutter, roasted asparagus, chicken & rice and of course milk. I can't seem to get enough milk and it's one of the cravings I indulge.
This week I am going to try and get myself hooked back up to the Wii and do some of the workout they have one there. It was always so much fun & I want to start doing it again. I did have some weight loss this week, which made my day. I still have a long ways to go but I am happy with my progress so far.
